THE DEEP X PAC 8000 EXPEDITION

ZAC SUNDERLAND
(Completion: July 16, 2009) "My name is Zac Sunderland and I am 16 years old. I departed June 14th 2008 from Marina del Rey, California in an attempt to become the youngest person to circumnavigate the world alone by yacht. " Born to a family of yachtsmen and shipwrights, Zac quickly grew sea legs, and at an early age was deciphering Lat/Longs, not streets and avenues.

TINIAN EARHART EXPEDITION  
Saint John Naftel and the crew of the Tinian Earhart Expedition delve into the mystery of the disappearance of Amelia Earhart. Did she meet her end on the tiny Pacific Island of Tinian as the many reported sightings suggest? CLICK HERE to follow the developments!
Tom King and Kar Burns of TIGHAR joined the Tinian Earhart Expedition crew in Tinian to either prove or disprove the idea that the flight team ended up on the Island of Tinian following capture by Japanese forces during the build up to WWII.
